By submitting an information request to ScreentoHire.com (also referred to as Screen2Hire.com), you (the Customer) warrant that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions and the FCRA Compliance sections of this website, and the FCRA in its entirety. In addition you warrant that you have received proper permission, given proper notice, and have the legal right, under the FCRA and laws of your state, to obtain a background report on the individual(s) you provide to ScreentoHire.com.  You understand that, if you request the information of an individual, without the proper authorization or legal purpose, you may be subject to severe penalties under applicable federal and state law.

Screentohire.com agrees that it will not sell or disclose the information requested for any purpose except to access the records you have requested, and except as required by state or federal law.

Information Source and Accuracy

The ultimate source of the information provided on this website is various state agencies, proprietary data repositories, and commercial service bureaus. All reports provided to you through Screen2Hire.com are subject to human and other processing errors. Indemnification

By submitting a request to ScreentoHire.com, you agree that you will release, indemnify, and hold harmless ScreentoHire.com, its affiliated companies and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates and shareholders from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, suits, damages as well as any and all fines, penalties or any other liabilities imposed by local, state or federal laws or regulations or claimed by any third party (including, but not limited to, actions or claims by any potential employee(s) you decline to hire due to a report received by ScreentoHire.com), including attorneys fees, which result from or arise out of your giving Screen2Hire.com data or information, or your use of the information reports and services which are provided on this website.

Proper Use

This Is a Binding Agreement

The terms and conditions set forth here constitute a binding agreement, which shall be read in conjunction with any applicable signed agreement(s), if any. If any of the terms of our fully-executed signed agreement(s) (if one exists) specifically contradict any term written herein, the relevant term contained within the signed agreement shall govern.

BY UTILIZING THE SERVICES OF SCREENTOHIRE.COM, YOU (THE CUSTOMER/CLIENT) SPECIFICALLY CERTIFY THAT YOU ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ENTIRE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT (FCRA), SPECIFICALLY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: FCRA SECTION 604(b) AND WILL NOT USE ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED IN A CONSUMER REPORT IN VIOLATION OF ANY APPLICABLE FEDERAL OR STATE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY LAW OR OTHER REGULATION.

AS AN EMPLOYER, OR OTHER USE OF SCREENTOHIRE.COM'S SERVICES, YOU HAVE CERTAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MORE FULLY SET FORTH IN THE FCRA.

In the event any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
